Merchants and campaign participants are authorized to use the "Shop The Colony First" logo in their stores and promotional material when promoting either the campaign or the fact that they are a local business located in The Colony.

   

 

 

 

When you become a particpant you will receive:

• Window Decal/s
  
  
• 3” Campaign buttons
  
  
• Letter size poster outlining the economic benefits of shopping locally

How do you become a Particpating Merchant? Its easy. Simply pick up your merchant kit at the chamber office located at 6900 Main Street. Once you've displayed your campaign material, contact us to be added to this website and listed as a particpant.

We ask that you please display the decal and poster in a highly visible area such as your entry and exit points, drive thru windows, and check out counters.

We also encourage employees to thank customers for “Shopping The Colony” as well as place this statement if possible on printed sales receipts.

As the campaign progresses and more sponsors are available, a variety of materials to display and distribute will be provided to merchants. These items may include refrigerator magnets, bumper stickers, trinkets, and other give-a-ways based on campaign support.

In addition to the materials provided, we encourage merchants to include the logo in their print material, website and/or incorporate the campaign details into their marketing materials (i.e. window displays, counter cards, posters, POP displays, etc.).
